NCRC 10 Year Anniversary Celebration - August 22nd On Thursday, August 22nd, Medical School Administration will be hosting a full day of celebrations open to the entire U-M community. BI Equitable Society Series – Understanding Racism: The Language and Lived Experience
As the United States confronts the negative impact of racism on our society you often hear people say that they do not know how to discuss the very uncomfortable topic of racism or where to start. In this workshop, led by Rachel Dawson, Managing Director, Precision Health & Executive Team Member of the Women of Color Task Force at UM, we will develop a lexicon of the words and concepts that define the current anti-racism landscape.

Abstract Multiphoton microscopy of live animals in real time led to the discovery of cause and effect relationships between cells leading to metastasis, relationships otherwise not possible to identify using in vitro models. This has revolutionized our understanding of cancer metastasis.
