As a part of a research group led by Dr. Aaron Morris, Dr. Lonnie Shea assists in identifying new therapeutics in models of primary progressive multiple sclerosis (PPMS). They hope to achieve this by delving deeper into the disease’s cellular mechanisms.

Dr. Steven Schwendeman, collaborated with several other researchers in order to discuss the feasibility of controlled nitric oxide generation.

Dr. Nicholas Kotov and Dr. Albert Liu receive $10,000 grant from the Center for Research on Learning and Teaching in Engineering (CRLT-Engin) to fund the creation of immersive learning for students through the use of Virtual Reality (VR) technology.

As the Principal Investigator of the IceCylce Project, Dr. Anish Tuteja works with a team of researchers in the pursuit of helping redefine how the human body interact with extreme cold. They strive to learn new ways of controlling the freezing process.

Dr. Matthew Willsey led a study that found a brain-computer interface that allowed a participant with paralysis in all limbs to operate a virtual quadcopter with the power of thought.
